Joining date: 20th July 2009
Opportunity: Possible short onsite immediately after joining

Interested candidates should possess minimum of 5+ years of Peoplesoft exp as HRMS Functional Implementation Lead along with overall domain expertise of 10 years (including PS).

Job description :
·     Coordinate and conduct fit/gap validations
·         Responsible for creation of control tables
·         Provide guidance and approaches to project design issues
·         Identify and address issues when necessary
·         Act as liaison between function and technical groups
·         Create functional specifications
·         Work on business process redesign issues
·         Prepare conceptual functional process flows and responsibilities
·         Responsible for creation of functional processes and procedures
·         Participate in the training activities
·         Lead the testing activities
·         Provide post production support
·         Create security strategy and design
